Information: Input Line Editor - Quick RefCard (lynx-release 1.6)

Description:
	"ile" (or here "lile") is suited for all kinds of command line
	editing operations within programs that don't offer input line
	editing like telnet in line mode, ftp sh, csh, mail...

	Here a Quick RefCard by lynX:

	IMMEDIATE KEY FUNCTIONS
	^b	"backward" one char
	^f	"forward" one char
	^a	"anfang", start of line
	^e	"end" of line
	^x	delete character under cursor
	^d	like ^x, but is quoted when there's nothing to delete
	^k	"kill", erase till end of line
	^u	erase complete input line
	^p	"previous" line, backward in history
	^n	"next" line, forward in history
	^o	"old", find entry in history that matches input line
	^r	"redraw" the complete input line if async output garbled it
	^t	"transpose" chars (swap 'em)
	^v	"voertlich", quote the next character

	KEY FUNCTIONS AFTER PRESSING ESC
	b	backward a word
	f	forward a word
	u	upper word
	l	lower word
	c	capitalize word
	BS	delete a word
	k	"kill", erase complete line
	^l	clear screen

	ARROW KEY FUNCTIONS
	left	backward one char
	right	forward one char
	up	back in history
	down	forward in history

Note:
	lynx-ILE (lile) has been posted to alt.sources and might be
	available in the appropriate news archives.

	Or not - therefore now this:

	Addendum July 2016: The old source code of the "lynXified ILE" is
	available via lynX' archive at http://my.pages.de/pub/comp/unix/tty/ 
	and also via https://nemesis.de/download/lile.tar.gz . Is there any
	use of this old piece of software? Puh ... don't know ;-)
